How to Shop
Shopping at the Shop Orangetheory is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.
You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
Inventory Availability
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.
- In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
- Pre-Order: This item is available for advanced ordering and will ship when in stock. You can find the available shipping date in the product description. If you have any questions regarding pre-order items, please call 866-308-0654 (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.) (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.) to speak with a customer service representative.
- Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding backordered items, please call 866-308-0654 (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.) (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.) to speak with a customer service representative.
- Discontinued: The item you are requesting is sold out and no longer available. Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NM, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
If you are tax exempt and tax is showing at the time of order, action is required. You will have approximately 48 hours to email your Tax Exempt Certificate to [email protected] and [email protected] so we can remove tax from your order. If your order is expedited or you provide the certificate at a later time, tax will be credited after invoicing. Please note that you only have to do this one time per person. Once you are in our system we will recognize you as tax exempt.
Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. Upon checkout, you will have the option to choose your shipping method.
Estimated delivery time per shipping method:
- SmartPost: 10 to 12 business days.
- FedEx Ground: 3 to 5 business days.
- Exepedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, we recommend shipping via FedEx 2-day or FedEx 3-day to avoid carrier delays.
International Shipping
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. Upon checkout, you will have the option to choose your shipping method. Orders over 400 lbs will receive a custom quote from our customer service team. Someone will reach out to you with 24-48hrs regarding your shipment.
The recipient is responsible for any additional duties or taxes at the time of receipt.

Free Shipping Promotions
Free ground shipping promotions (unless otherwise specified) apply to orders shipping to locations within the continental United States. Free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via chat support, send an email request to [email protected], or call us at 866.308.0654. We're here to assist you!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and must be returned within 60 days of receipt. For all customer choice returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. No price adjustments on prior purchases.
Pre-Order Merchandise, Customized Merchandise, Event Merchandise, and Corporate Auto Shipment Merchandise sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund/exchange promptly. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card account.
Merchandise will be eligible for price matching if purchased on Shop Orangetheory within the last 30 days.
Damages and Missing/Incorrect Items
Please examine your order promptly and inform us if any items are damaged, defective, missing parts, or if you've received the incorrect item. Kindly take photographs and send them along with the relevant details to [email protected]. We appreciate your cooperation!
Shipment Claims
A claim concerning delay, damage, or a shortage, must be filed within 21 calendar days of delivery. Claims pertaining to misdelivery and non-delivery must be filed within 9 months of the ship date.
